This site is lovely. Black background with yellow and nice big graphics and photos. It’s so easy to read and get around in. But the really impressive thing for me was the price I found on a special offer telly. I found a Sharp television for almost £100 less than anywhere else. It just arrived yesterday, and it’s gorgeous. We have to order a DVD player soon to replace the one my 3 year old destroyed last week (sometimes buttons can be dangerous), and I’ll definitely be going back to Electrical Experience.
After ordering an item to collect in store I was called to say it was in stock but they failed to mention that they had relocated and hadn't bothered to update their website or telephone system to this effect. Before I set off I called to make sure the item was still there but got no answer so turned up to their closed Bolton store. When I finally got through to them I was told they were now in bury but my item was locked up in Bolton and no one had the keys so I had a wasted trip and expense for a van! I was told that my item would be delivered free of charge this week if I paid over the phone today. I did as was instructed only to be called back at 4pm telling me my payment hadn't gone through so offered to pay with another card. When I asked whether delivery was still free I was told no. The manager told me he didn't consider it their fault that I hadn't been able to pick my item up and quite patronisingly told me that I should have called first to double check it was still there. When I told him I had tried calling at 8.40am before I left he abruptly told me they didn't open until 9am on Saturday, even though their website states 8.30am. When I pointed this out, his response was simply, delivery is £20. When I said I would buy elsewhere as customer service was terrible, he just said "whatever" and put the phone down!! Avoid at all costs if you want a polite and courteous service!!
