To get your money back, simply take your unwanted items to your nearest Feather and Black store along with proof of purchase, the card you used to pay for your order and photo ID. As long as you take the items back in their original condition within 14 days of receipt, you’ll get your money back without any issues. Although you can return furniture, beds and mattresses, you’ll have to pay a £50 collection fee to do so.
