money saving 5 C

Lots of fab offers and deals this week for my weekly round up. It’s been so long since I’ve had coupons to use that I had forgotten the rush you get when you see that total drop! It really is addictive.

For the first time in ages I got to use some and who says you never get coupons for healthy stuff? Well I had £6 in coupons to use on fresh berries in Tesco. I got these thanks to the Orchard programme that they run.

The Orchard programme is brilliant. It’s free to sign-up and Tesco use it as a product review tool. You fill in some questionnaires so they can match items to you and when there’s a campaign that you qualify for they send you an email asking if you want in. Click, ‘I want in’ and off you go.

You get a personalised score on your account and this can increase or decrease – the more you take part and complete activities, the higher your score and the higher your score the more campaigns you will be invited to. It works the same the other way around so if you’re inactive your score will drop and you won’t get as many invites.

There’s also BzzAgent and I really recommend this. It’s a review site similar to the Tesco one as you have a score that goes up and down and you fill in questionnaires so they can match you, I’ve had two invites this week – one for baby wipes and one for Aveeno baby lotion.

They send you the product and you try it and complete activities to review it. I’ve had so many in the year since I signed up. I even had a Scholl wet and dry electric foot file sent to me free to keep all I had to do was review it. They are around £60 to buy and it didn’t cost me a penny. Take a look at Bzzagent see what you think. I love it.

The Sun are at it again. Not long after their Warwick Castle tickets offer finished the next one has started. This is for two free tickets to a Sea Life Centre. My son loves aquariums so it’s an offer we will definitely be doing.

Superdrug have some good offered this week. They are currently running a buy any three hair related items and you get a free coconut water shampoo and conditioner set. This works well with offers on the hair items so I did the deal as I needed a few bits anyway. I bought: extra hold hairspray on offer for 89p, Pear detangling spray for 99p, and a Herbal Essences bee strong intensive hair mask usually over £3 but on offer for £1.98. Although this would cost £3.83, then you get your freebie, but as I had some love 2 shops vouchers I didn’t pay a penny.

My next mission is my son’s Christening at the end of the month so I’m on the look out for any great deals and bargains.
