The only exceptions to this are hardware and large items which often incur delivery charges because they’re dispatched via a courier. So if the item you want to buy comes with free delivery with Shopto, it could be worth paying a little extra to buy it from them. Free Download Cancellations

If you download a game from ShopTo and then change your mind, you can cancel your order and get a full refund as long as you haven’t installed the game and activated the serial key. To get your refund, get in touch with ShopTo via the contact centre and let them know that you want a refund. They’ll then check that you haven’t installed the game and used your serial key before processing your refund straight away.

Membership

Get exclusive offers and discounts by signing up for ShopTo Membership, the retailer’s loyalty programme. This scheme rewards you with ten points for every £1 you spend on the website. You can then trade in batches of 100 points for 25p discounts on future orders. All customers automatically start off in the bronze tier, but after you spend £300-£699 within 365 days of membership, you’ll be upgraded to the silver tier and will get a 3% discount on all orders, exclusive silver member-only offers, free phone support and return reimbursement costs up to £2.99 per return. If a game you desperately want to buy is available to pre-order, it’s definitely worth doing it instead of waiting until the game has been released to buy it. When you pre-order games, you usually open up extra benefits, such as exclusively low prices, entries into competitions to win free games and related freebies.

Release Date or Compensate

ShopTo knows how important it is to receive your orders on time, which is why they offer a special policy on pre-orders. When you place a pre-order with ShopTo, you’re entitled to £5 store credit if your order is not delivered on time. To get your store credit, you need to enter your order’s tracking number into the Track and Trace page on the Royal Mail website and save a copy of the webpage as proof of late delivery. Then go to the ShopTo website and fill out the compensate claim form. This credit policy is only available for pre-orders of new releases which were made before midnight at least two days before the official release date.
