Book a flight with Swiss International Air Lines
It’s easy to book a domestic or international flight with Swiss International—just fill out your travel information under “Book Flight” at www.swiss.com and click “Search” to find available trips.

Select flight times and seat types
Swiss International will return a grid with available flights, seat types and rates. Select your outbound flight by ticking the appropriate circle, and then click “Select Return Flight” to do the same thing for your incoming flight. Click “Continue.”

Choose options
If you want to upgrade, add travel insurance, or select special meals for your flight, do so by clicking “Add” or using the dropdown menus.

Browse our Swiss International discounts
Take a look at our deals for Swiss International, and select one by clicking “View Code & Open Site.” A promotional code will materialize; copy it and return to the Swiss International website.

Apply your promo code
Beneath the section for requesting special menus is the “Voucher Redemption” box. Click “See Choices” to bring up a “Voucher Code” field and paste or enter your promo code. Click “Add” to apply it to your booking, and then click “Continue.”

Add personal information
If you have an online profile with Swiss International, enter your email address and password to login. Otherwise, click “Continue” under “Proceed: As a Guest.” Then add your name, phone number, and other information as requested. Make sure all fields with asterisks are complete!

Select check-in options
Select “Automated Check-In” by checking the box, and select the appropriate circle to receive your boarding pass by email or SMS. If you want a reminder for online check-in, you may select that as well.

Enter payment information
Choose a method of payment by ticking the appropriate circle, and then enter payment information as directed.

Review flight details and submit payment
Look over the details of your flight, and check the “Terms & Conditions” box. To complete your flight reservation, click “Book.” Payment will automatically be submitted. Your email confirmation and boarding pass should come through directly.
