So if you spot one of your favourite bottles going for a bargain basement price, make a note of the expiry date and place your order before to bag the low price.

Free Delivery & Click and Collect

All Waitrose Cellar orders, regardless of how much you spend, come with free home delivery which takes 2-3 days to arrive. But if you’re not going to be home to receive your order, your best bet is to go for the free click and collect option at the checkout instead. This way you can place your order and pay for it online then collect it at your closest Waitrose store – all for free. Place your order before 9pm Monday-Friday to collect from 2pm the very next day. Spend more than £150 and not only will your order be delivered to your home for free, but it will arrive on your doorstep the very next day at no extra charge.

Free Returns

Just in case you’re not 100% happy with anything you buy from Waitrose Cellar, the retailer lets you return full and partial orders for free for a full refund. To get your money back, take your unwanted bottles to your local Waitrose store along with proof of purchase and the card you used to pay for your order. As long as the products are in perfect condition and you return them within 28 days of the dispatch date, you’ll receive your refund without any problems.

Case Discount

If wine is your favourite drink or you’re throwing a part and need to order a fair few bottles, you’re best off buying it by the case, instead of in individual bottles. When you buy a case of wine with 12 bottles, you’ll automatically get a 5% discount, compared to if you’d bought the very same bottles separately.
