Pick out an experience

Make your way around the Buy A Gift site by using the navigation bar which runs along the top of the homepage. Shop via category to find the perfect gift. Be sure to check out the homepage too, this is where you’ll find Top Sellers and Special Offers. Each category page has subsections to help you refine your search.

Once you have found something you would like to buy, click on to the item page for more info. If you are happy to buy, click the “Buy Now” button. This will take you to view your basket.

Your Basket

Now you can see the items in your basket you can either continue shopping by repeating step two, or you can choose to go to checkout. If you would like to go to checkout, the first thing you need to do is find your code to use. Open a new tab or window, and open www.promotionalcodes.org.uk/buyagift-promotional-code. Find a code you like and reveal it by click the “view code and open site” button. Once you can see the code, copy it and head back to your basket at Buy A Gift.

Redeem your code

Back in your basket, find the box marked “Discount code”. This on the left, just below your items. Paste the code you found into that box and click “Apply Code”. Your basket will refresh and you will see your discount in your order total. Enter any additional details and if you are happy to move forward with your purchase, click the “Pay securely now” button.

Enter some details

A box will pop up asking you to enter your email address. Make sure the “No, continue as guest” box is ticked (it should be ticked by default) and click to continue. Over the next few pages you will be asked to complete some personal details. Carefully add the information and click to continue.

Complete your order

You will come to a page where you are prompted to complete your payment details. Fill in the card details and check your order on the right side of the page. Once you are happy to commit to buy, click the “Place Order” button. Once your payment details have been verified you will be forwarded to a confirmation order. Congratulations, your order is complete!

    I usually don’t write reviews but had such a good experience with Buyagift.com that I had to share. My parents and I planned a surprise party for my sister’s 30th birthday and we wanted to find something special and personalised to put on each table at the event. I’d never shopped with Buyagift before but know a friend who purchased personalised children’s books and she was thrilled with the result. The website had a large selection of items in the ‘unique gifts’ section of the site but what stood out were the personalised champagne bottles.

    We were able to customise the design to include her name and the number 30 at the top, along with a message thanking the guests for attending. I was a bit nervous about the message being printed just as the way I typed it on the website, but there was no need, as the bottles looked absolutely fantastic. They all arrived in one piece and were nicely packaged to prevent them from breaking.

    You should have seen the guests when they picked up the bottles and noticed that they were actually custom printed! The champagne was delicious, too, which I wasn’t expecting. I will most definitely shop with Buyagift again.

    This site is a bit like Red Letter Days or Virgin giveaways – you can pick out a nice day adventure or spa adventure or whatever for a friend or loved one. I love giving gifts like this because they’re always appreciated. And this site makes it so easy to come up with great ideas. My boyfriend really fancies driving at speed, so I got him a supercar driving day, and he absolutely loved it – so much so that I think I’ll have to get him the same again next year. For my mum, I bought her a pampering day at a spa. For my parents’ anniversary this summer, I’m thinking of getting one of the Thames lunch cruises and possible some theatre tickets. I’m not quite sure yet, but I now it’ll be easy at buyagift.com. Postage for delivery within a couple days is under £2. Sadly, I left my boyfriend’s gift a bit late last time, so I had to pay for guaranteed next day delivery at £7.50, but I was happy to know I would have the voucher in time. This site is great for those who need good gift ideas at good prices fast.
