One of the best bits about John Lewis Pet Insurance is that they helped me in a massive time of need, when my dog ran away. The insurance covered the reward money and advertising costs, and thanks to that our Beagle was returned safe and sound 3 days later. I'll never be able to repay them for getting our dog back! We also had a scare with him being in hospital, and everything was covered. Worth every penny for this policy, by far.
