Coupons for Asda

An omnipresent name with stores in just about every major town throughout the UK, ASDA is fast superseding even Tesco as the nation's favourite supermarket brand. They began as little more than an independent chain of farm and grocery stores, known as Hindell's Dairies, in the 1920s, however, their commitment to delivering quality produce at low prices, and excellent customer service, has since made ASDA a household name in the UK. The creation of the George Davis Partnership in 1989, followed by the subsequent acquisition of the company by US-owned Wal-Mart Stores Inc. ten years later allowed the brand to further diversify its online presence to include non-grocery subsidiaries, such as George Clothing,, and the ASDA Home Shopping Service. Today, ASDA is a leading player in the home shopping sector delivering everything from groceries and clothing to entertainment and flowers straight to your door. At, you'll find everything from the latest games consoles, tablets and smartphones to home furnishings, electricals, toys and gifts – all at better than high street prices. George is a one-stop for school clothing, wardrobe basics and designer pieces, including limited edition lines produced in collaboration with designers and celebrities. Bargain prices, two hour delivery slots and convenient store collection are just a few of the obvious reasons to shop online with ASDA. Asda Customer Reviews

Great value TV with superb quality picture

Firstly let me say that I could not fault this TV in any way whatsoever and I would have loved to have given this review a five star rating. The only reason I didn’t was that I had to pay for delivery which I find an annoyance when other companies online provide free delivery. I was also a little annoyed that it didn’t come with any HDMI cables but after reading lots of other websites and details for TVs I realised that this is normal practice.
The TV itself is perfect for my son’s bedroom because of the size which is helped by the invisible speaker system. The picture quality is actually better than the full 1080p television that I watch in the sitting room which may be because I heard that most broadcasts in HD are only at a 720 resolution anyway. The install process was the easiest I have ever seen and was done within a few minutes with only a couple of buttons pressed.
I hadn’t thought of shopping for a TV through a supermarket website before but had the best price I could find on this particular model even with the delivery charge on top. I wanted to choose the option of a named day for the delivery in the end opted for a standard option as I was reassured by the wife that she could handle the delivery alone. In all fairness the delivery man brought the box in to the passage and it was light enough to be handled easily by one adult (male or female).
If I had to use again then I would as I tend to shop on price but in all fairness I couldn’t fault the service either.

Asda saves me money every time

Asda is great for saving money, so I really love shopping online at Asda. The groceries are delivered directly to my home, and it just couldn’t be easier. Sometimes the special offers don’t seem that great, but then the prices are pretty low to begin with. If you click into each product, you see nutritional values, which I think is genius. I’ve been trying to lose a bit of weight this year, and these nutritional values are great for telling me the fat and caloric makeup of foods. You can also find cooking instructions online for the ready meals, as well as allergy advice, in case the foods you order have something that might set off an allergy. The other added bonus is being able to shop for non-food items under the same umbrella. I always find great offers on shampoos and other hair products. I also order vitamins, and the site has a great section entitled health & supplements, where you can find all the latest and greatest remedies. It seems Asda has thought of everything.

Shopping online with Asda makes my life easier!

Asda is my favourite place to grocery shop but with being house bound due to a recent injury getting out to the store is difficult. Their website has been a life saver, as they offer delivery straight to my door step. Being able to select everything from meat to veg and dairy all online is so convenient. The first time I shopped I had to register for an account but it only took a few moments so the registration process wasn’t that much of a hassle. I thought it was really nice that you can add items to your cart and then schedule a delivery up to a few weeks in advance, that way you can plan your shopping out in advance. Once you’ve ordered a product it also saves the item in your favourites so you can quickly add it again to your basket next time.

To praise one thing about the Asda website I would have to choose the layout as it is quite easy to find everything right from the tabs along the top of the page and they also have special sections on the homepage such as summer essentials and an area with special offers. I also receive emails from Asda that list any new offers going on. Really great website for grocery shopping!

What else can you say about Asda that hasn't been said?

I dont' shop for groceries online, as I find that a bit silly, but I do love my local Asda and from time to time I shop online if I can't find something in the store or if I just don't have the time. A friend convinced me to try their George line of clothing and it's actually not bad for some basic cheap things. Just picked up some coloured skinny jeans for less than 15 quid so can't beat that! Shipping was quick enough and no quibbles on the service. Overall, like everyone knows Asda is fantastic for some cheap deals, and their website is much the same.

Shopping Tips for Asda

Offers and Deals for You

One of the most common offers you’ll see on the ASDA website is the multi-buy deal. This type of promo lets you buy a set number of items – usually two, three or five – for a low price which works out much cheaper than buying the same items separately. If you see a multi-buy offer on a product you normally buy, it’s worth stocking up and buying several of them to get best value for money. Before you fill your basket with multi-buy offers, make a note of the expiry dates. You don’t want to have to throw your savings in the bin!

Rollback Prices

When shopping with ASDA, keep an eye out for the rollback products. These items – which are usually standard grocery buys like bread, butter, milk, cheese, etc. have had their prices rolled back by a fairly large chunk, making them fantastic value for money. It might be worth switching your favourite loaf of bread or brand of cheese for an alternative brand, if there is a rollback offer going. It could work out cheaper overall to switch, even just for one month.

Free Click and Collect

Get out of paying delivery charges by collecting your order from your closest ASDA store instead of having it delivered to your home. Free click and collect delivery is available for orders £25+ and if you order before noon, you’ll be able to pick it up the very same day after 4pm. The ASDA staff will pick the freshest products for you and will even load them into your boot at the dedicated click and collect collection point – all for free.

Delivery Pass

If you don’t want to pick up your order yourself, you can still save on delivery costs by purchasing a delivery pass. There are loads of different delivery passes to choose from, depending on when you like to receive your orders, which can save you up to a whopping £200 per year! Delivery pass restrictions are fairly loose – you need to spend a minimum of £40 on each shop and you can’t have more than one delivery per day. If you shop at ASDA and have your orders delivered to your door at least once each week, you could save a small fortune with one of these passes.
