Free Click and Collect

If you’re local, you can get out of paying for delivery by collecting your order from the Crocus nursery in Windlesham in Surrey. This free click and collect service is available on all orders, however much you spend, and can save you the £4.99 you’d otherwise have to spend on standard delivery. The only exception to this free click and collect delivery method is if you’re buying something that comes directly from the manufacturer. These products are only available for home delivery which you’ll have to pay for.

One-Year Guarantee

All plants, shrubs, trees and perennials from Crocus are covered by a one-year guarantee. So if your plant fails within the first 12 months, Crocus will replace the plant or give you a full refund. However, you will have to pay to have the replacement item delivered. To claim on the guarantee, send a photo of the plant along with your order reference number to [email protected]. As long as the problem hasn’t developed because of lack of water or proper care, you’ll get a refund or replacement without any problems.
