So if something catches your eye and it’s going for a great price, add it into your basket quickly before someone else gets in there first. If you’re currently thinking about buying one of the full priced items on the website but aren’t sure you can afford it, consider holding off until the season comes to an end and the ‘Sale’ section is updated. Although the item you want isn’t guaranteed to be discounted (it could sell out beforehand) it’s always worth a try.

Free Delivery

Whenever you spend £50+ on the French Connection website, your order will be delivered free of charge within the UK via standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Spend any less than this and you’ll have to pay at least £3.95 to cover the cost of delivery. So if your order just misses the free delivery mark and you want best value for money possible, it’s worth treating yourself to a few little extras so that your total order adds up to at least £50 and qualifies for free delivery. The only exception to this is homeware. Whenever you buy anything from the homeware section of the site, you’ll have to pay to have your order delivered, regardless of how much you spend.

Free Click and Collect

If you don’t want to spend at least £50, but don’t want to fork out for delivery either, you can still waive delivery costs by collecting your order for free from your local French Connection store. This free delivery option is available with no minimum spend on all orders, except homeware, and your order will be kept at your chosen store for 28 days before it’s sent back to the warehouse, giving you plenty of time to pick it up.

Free Returns

When you spend over £50 with French Connection, your order will also qualify for free returns. Again, the only exception to this is homeware. If you want to return any homeware items, you’ll have to pay to do so. To return anything else, place it in a package along with the filled out returns form. Stick the prepaid returns label originally provided with your order on the front of the package and drop it off at your local Post Office. As long as you return the items in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt, you’ll have no problem getting your money back. Keep in mind that this free returns service only applies to full price items – nothing in the sale. If your original order didn’t add up to £50, you can still get out of paying for return postage by returning your unwanted items to your nearest French Connection store in person. This is the only way you can return sale items without having to pay.
