hungryhouse.co.uk Customer Reviews
I use hungryhouse.co.uk to order takeaways regularly. I'd say on average 2-3 times per month. When I first started using it I was very impressed by the ease of use. You simply log on, enter your postcode or click your city and you can view a whole list of takeaways which take orders via the hungryhouse.co.uk system. They also list reviews and ratings, plus full contact details for each of the restaurants. You can select a cuisine or a price and your list is narrowed to help you find exactly what you're after. It can be difficult to find decent restaurants in your area, especially when you're new to it, so Hungry House was a real help. The menus for each place are presented in such a way that makes them incredibly easy to read and navigate. You can even attach names to each item which is then rounded-up in the side bar - brilliant if you're in a group and need to check your order or if you are all paying separately. My only complaint really is that if you enter a delivery time, as opposed to selecting "ASAP" from the options, it is sometimes ignored by the restaurant and the food comes as soon as it is ready. This has happened to me a handful of times in the 30+ I've ordered. Other than that I like the system - great if you can't call or if you're ordering for a large group. I recommend the service!
