Thrilled about the Legoland package we found

Now that my daughter is old enough to enjoy it, my husband and I decided to book a weekend to Legoland. We looked at the different options on the Legoland site and they had some fantastic online offers (I didn't know it was actually cheaper to book in advance online). After considering the various packages available, we opted for a two day break including tickets and hotel. The price for all three of us was much more reasonable than I expected, and it only took a few minutes to sort the whole trip. The whole family is excited about our first Legoland visit!

Took the kids for Halloween and it was a treat

As a surprise we decided to take the kids to Legoland for the Halloween weekend, Sat through Monday. Booking the break through their holiday website was a cinch, and we were able to save a good amount on our park tickets and hotel room by doing so through them direct. I'm glad that we opted for a Legoland hotel, as it was nicely designed and definitely catered to families. The children LOVED it, and I can't say enough about the staff.

The Scooby Doo fireworks were a fantastic way to end our break, and the kids have been talking about it all day, including the 2 hour drive back home. Chances are, we'll be back sooner than later!

Just returned from Legoland and had a fab time

I have been to Legoland twice prior to this trip, and I will always book online moving forward, as we got a fantastic deal on our recent Legoland break. 2nd day was free! Brilliant! Our park tickets and hotel were quickly sorted on their site and I love anything that makes my life hassle free. The kids really enjoyed the park, they've Lego obsessed so I think as they've grown older, they enjoy it more than when we went several years ago. We stayed at the Legoland Hotel and found it to be quite nice, family friendly of course and even had a pirate theme to the room! The kids LOVED that!

Kids go free

If you’ve put off booking a LEGOLAND holiday because you don’t think you can afford to take the kids, keep an eye out for their ‘Kids go free’ offers. These discounted promotions are usually available for the school holidays and pop up weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to get organised and get booked up.

Extra day free

Whenever you book your accommodation through the LEGOLAND Holidays website, you’ll get an extra night for free, as standard. The only catch is that the free night offer isn’t available on themed weekends held at the LEGOLAND Resort Hotel nor Christmas packages. You don’t need to type in a promo code or do anything special to get the free night. When you choose your holiday from the dropdown list, all the options will say ‘ + 1 day’ – so just make sure you choose the right one.

Annual pass discounts

If you’re a Merlin Annual Pass holder, you’ll benefit from an accommodation discount when booking your break with LEGOLAND Holidays. To find out just how much you could save (prices start from just £60 per room) book your break by visiting the ‘Merlin Annual Pass Offer’ page on the LEGOLAND Holidays website or give the customer service team a call.

Extra money saving tips

Pay with a debit card

When you book your stay with LEGOLAND Holidays, you’ll be charged an extra 2% on top of the basic price if you pay with a credit card. The only way to avoid this charge is to make sure you’ve got enough money in your bank account to cover the payment and pay for your break with a debit card or via bank transfer.

Cancel as early as possible

If something comes up and you need to cancel your LEGOLAND Holiday, do it as soon as possible. If you cancel on the same day that you booked before 8pm, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancel 14+ before you arrive and you’ll get a 75% refund. Cancelling 4-14 days before you arrive will get you a 50% refund and cancelling 1-3 days before you arrive will get you a 25% refund. If you leave it up until the day you’re due to arrive to cancel, you won’t receive a refund at all.
