As a previous reviewer mentioned, the selection is fairly sparse, but the shoes they do carry are really nice. I find the layout with the scrolling horizontal bar is a bit annoying to use, especially because you can't see any details about the shoe until you mouse over it. However, a friend of mine bought the La Plagne boots from here, so I really wanted a pair. They looked perfect for my needs walking to/from work in Manchester in chilly and wet winter weather, and although £110 was pushing it price-wise, I gave in and bought them. Arrived and the size was too snug, so I had to post them back, but at least returns are free. I just got the next size up and they fit great. I was able to try them out today for the first time and they were quite comfortable too, so in the end it all worked out at least.

This site looks like a trendy billboard, and I can see why my daughter, age 26, thinks it’s so cool to shop here. The selection is not huge. In fact, it’s rather slim pickings, and you simply scroll along the horizontal slider to see all the offerings in each category. But the few options are quality ones, and my daughter's shoe collection is proof of that. I’d say she must own half the current line from Bertie. Her love of these shoes makes gift-giving days a whole lot easier. I simply get online here and check out the sale section and hope she doesn’t already have the pair I’m picking up for her.
