Ordered the Dyson DC24 Animal and I really like it. Ive never had a nice vacuum cleaner so this is worlds different from my old models. Their site is easy to use and I was thrilled to finally get my Dyson - the delivery was reasonably fast. It really does pick up just about everything and I feel like I dont have to work as hard to clean the rugs. On a side note whilst browsing on the site I saw their new heating fans and really want one - the design is brilliant! Yes the prices are high, but the quality of products more than makes up for it.

I love Dyson vacuum cleaners. They’re so much better than LG. I’ve spent a fortune on vacuums in the past, and for the price of two or three LGs, I can get a fantastic Dyson that will last longer than the others combined. They don’t need bags, they never lose suction, and you can take them all over the house. They’re brilliant. The first Dyson I ever got was a special offer at Tesco, and it was really good, but it was certainly at the lower end. I found that I wanted the rolling ball for corners and a few other features. So then I started researching the products at Dyson online. I’ve since ordered one Dyson for myself and one as a gift for my mother. The website is really good because it describes all the features, weight, functionality, etc., in an easy-to-read format. The prices include delivery fees, so the price you see is the price you get.

I’ve had lots of vacuum cleaners over the years and I seem to have a knack for wearing them out for some reason. I have been using the Dyson DC33 now for around 18 months in my house that is home to my 3 dogs and a tribe of kids aged three to nine which are insistent on leaving things laying around for me to pick up with the cleaner.

Thankfully I have had no problem with this model and in the time that I’ve used it other than having a tear in the HEPA filter but that was caused by a piece of a McDonalds toy that sucked up. I used the Dyson.co.uk website to order a replacement and that was delivered very quickly and I managed to fit it without any problem whatsoever.

With past experiences not being the best for me I would only buy a Dyson from now on as I can see the difference with my vacuum and my neighbours which I borrowed a couple of times when I waited for my filter to arrive. You can really see the difference in the pickup and I was glad to get mine back up and running because with three dogs around the house you can tell pretty quickly when your carpet hasn’t had a good doing. I would have given them a five star rating but of course they tend to cost a little more than the cheaper imitations.
