Fantastic for small businesses, 12 Mar 2012Review by Rita EpworthI am in charge of stationary and supplies for a small, family-run business. I have been ordering from various vendors for years as I'm a long serving employee of the company and have yet to find anywhere as cheap as Euroffice. They have a wide selection of goods and with regular codes and offers I find myself rarely having to pay full price for my orders. Setting up a credit account for the business was a brilliant idea and a really quick and stress free way of getting supplies for the office if we're in need of something quickly. The decision was pretty prompt and it now means we can order whenever we like without having to find the cash there and then. As a small company we have often been refused credit before so that was a real relief. The orders always arrive quickly and I've never had to chase them up. As I said, the prices are really good and yet, I think, to be beaten elsewhere. Certainly no where I've looked in my 20+ years of experience in running the admin side of an office. I would fully recommend them.

Great for my home office and easy to order, 20 Feb 2012Review by JoanI work from home so in addition to running my own business, I don't have anyone to sort the everyday things like printer paper or toner. My friend always orders for her office through Euroffice, and she recommended I look there since I was paying loads running to the store closest to me (which isn't close at all). I have to say their service has been good and that the prices are reasonable. It's nice that they have a price guarantee, although I haven't bothered to shop other sites to see if theirs are the lowest. But - if I did, its good to know they'll match them. The delivery is always quick and I tend to buy in bulk so I don't find myself in the situation of being out of a supply and then interrupting my work day. Being that I love in the country, it's a hassle to get to a decent office supply store, so buying online has become an essential! Thank you Euroffice!!

Price are good and now used then over 50 times, 22 Jun 2011Review by Bill HawkinsI have been using Euroffice for our office’s stationary for some time now but on occasion I like to check other sites to see if I can get a bargain elsewhere. Even when I do find something though I end up ordering through Euroffice anyway because they have a price guarantee which says they will not be beaten on price and they have honoured that pledge on numerous deals.
I have never ordered anything other than basic stationary and ink refills and so I have never had a reason to call their customers services to return a product. My experience of their of their sales team is good though as every time I’ve had to ask them to back up their price guarantee they have done so without hesitation.
As for delivery they always very prompt and I have never had to call up to chase a delivery and with free next day it can make all the difference. I operate a credit account with euroffice.co.uk and I would happily recommend this supplier to any business that is dependent on a professional stationer for their day to day operations. I am yet to buy equipment from them but I will seriously consider my options when I look to upgrade my desktops later this year.
Although the range of products I have ordered from Euroffice.co.uk is limited I would say that I have had considerable experience of their business as I have been a customer of theirs for over a year and I have placed more than 50 orders without issue.
