Eurolines Customer Reviews

Pre-arrange your travel for good savings on the trains

If you’ve ever tried to prearrange rail travel, you’ll know how daunting it can be. Various providers, various deals, never knowing which is which or whether you’re being taken for a ride (literally). I found this site helpful. It seems to shop the various providers and come up with best deals. And best of all, I found really low fares on it. It’s a lot cheaper than just showing up at the station and buying a ticket, I think, so it’s definitely worth looking at this in advance.

Decent savings on coach trips to Manchester

I have mates who live in Manchester and instead of hiring a car for the weekend I thought to look up the coach fares on Eurolines. It wound up only being £5.50 which beats taking a train and booking the tickets online was easier than having to queue up at the station. I'd get tickets from Eurolines again.

Shopping Tips for Eurolines

Offers and Deals for You

Travelling on a budget? Then your best bet is to book one of Eurolines’ FunFares. This type of fare is exclusively available online and it’s always the cheapest one going. However, it’s also only available on selected routes and in very limited quantity. So you’re best off making your reservation as early as possible if you want to ensure a cheap price. If you need to make any amendments to your FunFares ticket before you travel, it’s usually cheaper to buy a new FunFare ticket, instead of paying the fee to make the changes.

Eurolines Passes

Explore Europe your way for a price that suits you with one of the Eurolines Passes. You can choose between 15-day and 30-day youth and adult passes, all of which entitle you to unlimited travel across 49 European countries. The 30-day Eurolines Pass works out much better value for money than the 15-day pass. So if you think you’re going to be travelling for over a fortnight, it’s definitely worth purchasing if you want to save in the long-run.

Eurolines Discount Card

If you’re always travelling with Eurolines, you could make some massive savings by signing up for the Eurolines Discount Card. This card saves you 25% on all standard, flexible and peak fares on all Eurolines routes in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and the UK. To get your discount, you have to book your trip in person (not online), the discount doesn’t cover the £5 booking fee and it can’t be used in conjunction with 10-day advance purchase fares, FunFares, Eurolines passes, promo fares or mini passes. You can purchase three-month and six-month passes. The six-month pass works out slightly better value for money, but the difference is so minimal that you might as well purchase the three-month pass if you’re not certain you’re going to be travelling for longer than 12 weeks.
