When these products sell out, they’re not guaranteed to ever come back in stock again. And even if they do, there’s no way they’ll be this cheap. So if you spot something which would look great on you, your partner or your little one, get it into your basket quickly before it sells out.

Free Delivery

All F&F orders which add up to more than £50 qualify for free delivery via standard delivery which takes 2-5 working days to arrive. Standard delivery on orders less than this is £3.95. So if your order falls just short of the free delivery mark, it could be worth checking out the ‘Sale’ section to see if there is something cheap you can place in your basket so your total order adds up to at least £50 and qualifies for free delivery. It could work out cheaper overall this way.

Free Click and Collect

Another way of getting around F&F’s delivery charges is to collect your order yourself from your local Tesco store. This free delivery method is available on all orders, however much they add up to, from more than 680 Tesco stores. To benefit from this free delivery method, place the items you want to buy into your basket, head to the checkout and select the ‘Click+Collect’ option. If you place your order before 3pm, it will be available to collect after 4pm the very next day.

Free Returns

Just in case you’re not 100% happy with anything you buy, F&F lets you return all unwanted items free of charge for a full refund. To get your money back, take the items you want to return along with proof of purchase into your nearest Tesco store. Alternatively, place the unwanted items inside a parcel along with the filled out returns form, stick the prepaid returns label originally provided with your order on the front of the parcel and drop it off at your local Post Office. As long as the items you’re sending back are in perfect condition and you return them within 28 days of receipt, you’ll get your money back without any problems.

Loyalty Programme

Tesco Clubcard

All Tesco Clubcard holders can earn Tesco Clubcard points when shopping with F&F. To start earning points, you need to sign into your account on the F&F website, click on ‘Edit your profile’ and add your Tesco Clubcard number there. From then on, you’ll start collecting points every time you shop with F&F. Keep in mind that although UK customers can use eCoupons with F&F, you can’t redeem your Tesco Clubcard vouchers on the website. There is an exception to this: sometimes F&F will run a promotion wherein you can exchange your Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Tesco Boost vouchers which you can then use on the F&F website. These promotions are rare and time-limited, so make sure you keep an eye out for them if you’re a cardholder.
