Orders less than this come with a delivery charge of £1.99. Free Returns

Sometimes jewellery in real life looks very different to the images on a website. So if you change your mind and want to return something you bought from John Greed, you’ll be glad to know that you can do so free of charge. You’ve got 30 days from the date of dispatch to return full price items and 14 days to return for sale or discounted items. To return something, fill out the returns form and pop it inside a package along with whatever you want to return. Visit the John Greed page on the Collect+ website, print off your returns label and stick it on the front of the package. Then all you have to do is drop the package off at your nearest Collect+ point. As long as you return all unwanted items in perfect condition in their original packaging within 30 or 14 days, you’ll get your refund within 12 days of you sending it back.
