Free delivery

When you purchase an experience from Red Letter Days, you’ve got three delivery options to choose from – only one of which comes with delivery charges. If you’re buying the experience for yourself, you can save some money by not opting for the gift pack which costs £3.95 and instead selecting to have your voucher sent to you for free in the post in a branded red envelope or emailed to for free in the form of an evoucher.

Free refund

If you change your mind and decide you don’t want to use your voucher, you’ll be glad to know that you can get a full refund, as long as you get in touch with Red Letter Days by calling them on 0845 640 8000 and letting them know you want to cancel within 14 days of receipt. If you’ve already contacted the company hosting the experience and have booked the day out, you might not get a refund. So don’t book up unless you’re 100% sure you want to do the experience.
