A pleasure to buy my new dishwasher from Appliances Direct, 28 Jun 2011Review by James MalfoyAfter our dishwasher was on its last legs I was on a hunt for a new one that wouldn’t cost loads of money but would still be reliable and durable. Appliances Direct was fantastic and made a frustrating situation much easier. The website’s design made it simple to find what I needed and I appreciated the ability to be able to sort the dishwashers by price range so straight away I knew all of the options I was viewing on the site were in budget. Another nice feature was that instead of simply showing a photo and price the Appliances Direct website lists whether the product is available along with several details of the appliance under the photo so you can decide straight away if it has the options you’re looking for, and then click on the photo to learn more.
Although I didn’t realize it while browsing through the website, when I added the new dishwasher to my cart an option showed up for collection service of your old appliance. Basically for 14.95 (which was a sale) they come and collect your old dishwasher for recycling. I thought it was a great idea as we live on the fourth floor of a building and disposing of the dishwasher ourselves would have been a hassle. Very pleased with my new dishwasher and the service from Appliances Direct!
