Hinds. All orders – however much they add up to – qualify for free click and collect and your chosen store will give you a call when your order is ready to pick up. If the piece doesn’t look quite how you imagined it, you’re under no obligation to buy and you don’t pay for your order until you pick it up. So if you decide not to buy it, you won’t have to waste time getting a refund.

Free Returns

Sometimes jewellery in real life can look totally different to how it appears in a photo online, which is why F.Hinds lets you return full and partial orders free of charge for a full refund. To get your money back, take your unwanted item in perfect condition along to any of the 100+ F.Hinds stores in England and Wales. Although they can’t refund you, they will be able to send the item back to the warehouse on your behalf, saving you the shipping costs. As long as the item you’re returning is in perfect condition and you send it back within 30 days of receipt, you’ll receive your refund in 3-4 working days.
