Excellent quality and selection but not the cheapest

I bought some cushions from the lauraashley.com site and the delivery on the site was quoted as 5-7 days and sure enough they arrived on the fifth day. I don’t have much time to shop as I work from home and the fact that lauraashey.com has free returns was a big factor in the reason I chose to shop there.

I really took advantage of the option to return the goods without extra cost to myself. With the cost of delivery at a flat rate I ordered lots of spray cushions from the site to see which suited best and it was certainly a better way of shopping rather than having to go to a store and guess which colour and fabric would best suit my furniture.

If I had to pick a fault then it could be that the items were a little expensive compared to some other shops but with lauraahsley.com you are paying for a higher quality product and that was something I was happy to do although I’m not so sure my husband is on the same wavelength.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the site to anyone and their customer services are a joy to call compared to some online retailers I have had the misfortune of dealing with. A representative informed me that under the distance selling regulations that I could return any product for any reason even if I just didn’t like it.

Being very house proud, my mum always shops at Laura Ashley for her duvets, pillows and towels. I was browsing through the website looking for a birthday present for my mum I came across this lovely 1950s-style orange dress.

I’ve never bought clothing from Laura Ashley in my life…it’s typically just not my style, but my mum owns a closet full of Laura Ashleys and loves to show them off. This particular dress has a great vintage vibe that really suits me. I’d been looking for a new dress to wear to my engagement party next month, so I decided to give the dress a try and if it was awful, I could always return it since I noticed they offered free returns. The only annoying part about the process was that it makes you register with the website to place an order. It would be nice to have the option to check out as a guest. The dress turned up on my doorstep about five days later and it’s very flattering…pleasant surprise!
